Supreme Court said this morning that if you live in the red area, DHS can enter your home without a warrant. If you live in the red area, you're legally under martial law.

@awmwrites It's weird that the borders extend from the sea as well as the land. Was that specified in the ruling?

@IceWolf I believe that the borders were set by the previous Bivens ruling and ACLU just carried them forward, but I could be mistaken
