the human running the site has some amazing stuff posted and... i keep a close eye on the rss feed of recipe posts
we have pulled at least half a dozen recipes for regular rotation from this site ; and they are /easy/ to cook too! good entry point for veterans and those who have not cooked much/at all
...what if you don't have access to cooking equipment? Like, there technically IS a stove here, but we don't feel safe in the kitchen so effectively we don't have one.
@IceWolf i usually find a metal pot / grate and set a fire. cast iron should not be underestimaged when combined with fire. ive had some amazing camp meals that are better than any chef ever prepared for me in a 'real kitchen'
that said ; instapot and air friers are good options for cooking with out a stove
ive also used counter top 'toaster overns' for cooking things in a pinch
you can cook noodles in a microwave if youre creative abou tit and willing to risk it
cured meats and cheeses and similar can be done up well as cold food but nutritious
salad / sandwhich you can live on and are far more dynamic than folk realize ; esp when combined with smoked/cured meats that dont need 'heat' to cook
