re: Nons

@hyenikin Now, for some reason, I am imagining shirts with music-style metadata tags.

HAHA. MAIL SET UP.

I had to tweak opensmtpd to let us send mail from the VPS to the VPS (which is our mail server) – it was getting stuck in an infinite loop trying to relay the message to itself. Putting "receive messages for us" before "relay outbound messages elsewhere" fixed that problem.

And adding an "us@domain" to /etc/aliases means we can now get mail from things like cron, I hope. :3

@xenon Right now this is all QML. I am using KDE's new Kirigami UI framework, which is touted for making apps that work both on phones and desktops, but I am using it more because it looked easier than because of that.

@xenon ! Thank you! *wags*

Completely nonfunctional as of yet, although you can add new headmates and set pictures. Next up is probably the timetracking... here comes the C++.

@LunaDragofelis ... At first I read this as "user interfaces who are sentient" and, being officially an "Interface Prototype" myself, went "YES".

Then I realized you probably did not mean that. >,,>

@rey @jaycie (It is square brackets around the label and parens around the link, I believe. You can also just use the link, unbracketed and unlabeled, or use [whatever][1]
[1]: blah
syntax.)

@LunaDragofelis Yes, but it SOUNDS like "death to the citizens of [state]", so it is still a bad term to use.

@hyenikin Yikes. Wanting to avoid that shit is not bad AT ALL.

You are allowed to say no to physical contact.

People always make like consent only applies to sex; /it does not./

@silvermoon82 It would be very nice to have escape sequences to label things for screen readers. And perhaps they could simply not pronounce box drawing characters and the like, by default?

I wonder how hard it would be to make waves for that.

so if ass is murican for arse, then cuss is murican for curse
